As we grower older more and more emphasis is given to a healthy lifestyle. Milk might be sufficient for a young child but as an adult we need to include many more things into our daily diet and routine in order to take care of our bones.
The bones in our body are continuously changing. Every time an old bone breaks down a new one grows in its place. When we are young our body is capable of growing new bones at a much faster rate when compared to bone breakdown. As a result our bone mass increase. This peaks at the age of 30 for most normal human beings.
